RPMT INC is a fast paced, high energy, full-service Property Management Team. We are looking for a new, full time, Leasing Agent to join our awesome team! Our company is goal driven - to provide the best customer service for our clients and maintain the integrity of the assets that we manage. Our team is comprised of individuals who are experts in their work and are dedicated to the success of our goals. Under the direction of the Operations Manager, the Leasing Agent helps interested parties learn about what homes we have available, gets them set up with showings, and walks them through the application process. This is an in-office position. Applicants should enjoy working on the computer, talking on the phone and utilizing technology to help us rent properties! Responsibilities and Duties
Job tasks include:
- Support the Property Manager as needed
- Scheduling appointments with tenants.
- Taking Leasing Calls and talk with prospects about our properties.
- Walking prospects through our showing system.
- Making courtesy calls to clients.
- Handling general telephone calls and walk-in inquiries.
- Sorting through office e-mails.
- Processing Incoming and Outgoing Mail.
- Updating systems.
- Scanning and uploading documents.
- Web marketing as directed.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
Requirements:
- Presentable and friendly to create a great impression of our company.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service focused.
- Driven, team player who enjoys contributing to the success of the whole.
- Well organized and good at multitasking.
- Works well independently with minimal daily direction.
- Proficient with email and Mac (Apple) products.
- 1 year's experience in an office support role is preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of the internet and email.
- Advance telephone communication skills.

Salary: $16.00 (plus commissions) - depending on experience.
